VIUM Capital is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial capital markets professional to join our team as a Director of Debt Capital Markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the breadth of capital solutions we deliver to clients in the seniors housing and skilled nursing real estate sectors. As we continue to scale our platform, this position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of origination, credit, and execution—enhancing our ability to structure and source optimal financing strategies across a diverse set of deal profiles.

VIUM Capital offers a summer analyst intern program geared towards rising undergraduate seniors or graduate students entering their final academic year. Our program offers the opportunity to work alongside our deal team members developing the skillset necessary to kickoff a career in the capital markets. Our summer associates work directly on opportunities at each stage in a transaction life cycle while also working with senior leadership on various strategic projects. Classes generally commence annually around the school calendar year. Resumes & cover letters should be submitted by December 1st of each calendar year.
