VIUM Capital is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial capital markets professional to join our team as a Director of Debt Capital Markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the breadth of capital solutions we deliver to clients in the seniors housing and skilled nursing real estate sectors. As we continue to scale our platform, this position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of origination, credit, and execution—enhancing our ability to structure and source optimal financing strategies across a diverse set of deal profiles.
