Summary:

VIUM Capital is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial capital markets professional to join our team as a Director of Debt Capital Markets. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the breadth of capital solutions we deliver to clients in the seniors housing and skilled nursing real estate sectors. As we continue to scale our platform, this position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of origination, credit, and execution—enhancing our ability to structure and source optimal financing strategies across a diverse set of deal profiles.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with third-party capital providers, including senior bridge lenders, mezzanine and preferred equity sources, healthcare REITs, and C-PACE programs.
• Analyze transactions sourced by the VIUM originations team to determine ideal capital structures that align with client objectives and execution requirements.
• Provide structuring guidance and sourcing support to internal deal teams, ensuring seamless integration between capital provider terms and VIUM’s underwriting standards.
• Represent VIUM in capital markets discussions with external partners, demonstrating credibility, responsiveness, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, structured finance, or capital markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in debt and equity structuring, ideally with exposure to seniors housing, healthcare, or commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong industry network of capital providers across debt and equity strategies.
• Ability to evaluate complex transactions, identify optimal capital stacks, and communicate recommendations clearly and persuasively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team orientation, and a client-first approach to execution.
