NCAL'S TITTLE TO JOIN VIUM CAPITAL

The National Center for Assisted Living's (NCAU Executive Director, Scott Tittle, has announced that he will be leaving NCAL after six years of service and will be joining VIUM Capital as a Managing Director and the firm's first Head of Government Relations and External Affairs.

The National Center for Assisted Living's (NCAU Executive Director, Scott Tittle, has announced that he will be leaving NCAL after six years of service and will be joining VIUM Capital as a Managing Director and the firm's first Head of Government Relations and External Affairs. VIUM, a national lender serving the seniors housing and healthcare space, launched just over a year ago. The company provides bank-bridge capital and permanent financing through FHA/HUD, FNMA and Freddie backed loans, among other products. VIUM has already closed nearly $1 billion of financing to the sector. Tittle's last day at NCAL will be August 6, 2021 and he will start at VIUM on September 7, 2021,

A licensed attorney, Tittle brings over fifteen years of experience guiding assisted living and skilled nursing operators with their regulatory, reimbursement, and advocacy needs. Prior to his current role as head of NCAL, Tittle was President of the Indiana Health Care Association/Indiana Center for Assisted Living (IHCA/INCAU, a health care lawyer and lobbyist with the law firm Krieg Devault LLP, and Special Counsel and Health Policy Director to Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels. "We got to know Scott well when he was leading IHCA/INCAL," shared Steve Kennedy, co-founder of VIUM. "He led an impressive turnaround there in Indiana as a leading advocate for the profession and then furthered industry-wide goals and strategic initiatives for the sector in Washington, D.C. in his role at NCAL. Several of us have worked closely with Scott over the years in advocating for affordable assisted living, strengthening FHA/HUD, and other critical industry initiatives."

Tittle is very thankful for his time at NCAL and excited about the future.
