Seniors housing and healthcare lender VIUM Capital (“VIUM”) has once again been recognized as a top performer in HUD healthcare lending, marking its second consecutive year as a leading force in the HUD LEAN program. In Fiscal Year 2025, VIUM ranked #2 nationally for number of transactions and #3 for total par volume, closing 44 HUD LEAN loans totaling more than $714 million.

This year’s performance represents a dramatic increase from the firm’s FY 2024 results, when VIUM closed 34 loans totaling approximately $345 million. The continued growth reflects strong market confidence in VIUM’s strategic approach, reliable execution, and deep expertise in seniors housing and healthcare financing.

The HUD 232 LEAN program, which insures mortgage loans for senior living and skilled nursing facilities, continues to play a vital role in the long-term stability of the nation’s care infrastructure.
